1. Non-Returnable Custom Orders:

All custom orders, particularly our meticulously crafted wood carved signs, are considered unique and tailored specifically to your preferences. Therefore, custom ordered items are non-returnable. The attention to detail and craftsmanship involved in creating each custom piece make returns impractical.

2. Refunds for Custom Orders:

Refunds for custom orders are at the sole discretion of Zion Signs. While we strive to meet and exceed your expectations, circumstances may arise that require a case-by-case evaluation. If you believe a refund is warranted for your custom order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to discuss the matter.

3. Cancellation Policy:

If you wish to cancel a custom order, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations may be considered if the production process has not started. However, once manufacturing has commenced, cancellations cannot be accommodated.

4. Damaged or Defective Items:

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We may request photos or additional information to assess the issue. If the damage or defect is verified, we will work with you to provide a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.

For non-custom items, if you wish to return a product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Returns must be authorized by our customer service team. The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging. Please note that a restocking fee of 15% may apply to cover the costs associated with processing the return.
